Star 4 teams may have 8-16 skaters. The program is 2:40 minutes in length. Skaters at this level should be working on their Star 1 – 2 dance and skills assessments or higher and are expected to complete crosscuts forwards and backwards with a knowledge of three-turns and c-steps.
